Seven Species Avenue – a major sculpture project undertaken for Rosh Pina Community Center.

The Avenue is comprised of seven large sculptures, each of which comprises a large river stone, from which 2 ornamental forged iron rods emerge.  At the center of each iron rod is a wood panel on which is carved one of the seven species.

The river stones came from Mt. Hermon, and one can see beautiful veins of color in them.  The stones were carved and polished and are pleasant to the touch.

As part of this project, a number of additional sculptures were also carved and positioned around the area.
