A very large and impressive menorah crafted for an ancient synagogue in the settlement of Rosh Pina, in the Upper Galilee.
A very large and impressive menorah crafted for an ancient synagogue in the settlement of Rosh Pina, in the Upper Galilee.
The menorah is designed in an antique style and crafted from forged iron rods that are welded to a large limestone rock from the Banias Plateau, in the Golan Heights. The candlestick rods are beautifully ornamented, with wide iron depressions at the top that were specially designed to hold holiday candles.
This menorah was created to augment the décor of the ancient synagogue, and it stands at the entrance, for use during the Hanukkah holiday.
