DAVID’S LYRE IN IRON

David’s Lyre –  a most unique, meticulous and beautiful iron and stone menorah designed with the inspiration of the harp played by young David, before he became king of Israel.

A great deal of devoted labor went into the crafting of this menorah, and in the design and finishing stages of the harp, enormous attention was focused on the most minute details, in order to obtain a particularly unique design.  The harp strings are of forged iron and serve as the menorah’s arms, with candle holders for either candles or oil.   The entire harp rests on a base of Jerusalem stone.

This harp menorah can also be hung on a wall or in a window, instead of resting on the stone – in this way it will light up the miracle for all passersby, as in the Jewish tradition.  This menorah can accommodate either regular candles or olive oil.
