Musical Oud Sculpture of Jerusalem Stone & Forged Iron

A breathtaking sculpture of an oud in Jerusalem stone and forged iron.

The oud’s resonance box is carefully and lovingly crafted from one piece of smooth Jerusalem stone.

The strings and back portions of the oud are of forged iron, and the entire piece sits on two bronze legs that are welded onto the large piece of Jerusalem stone.  An elegant and original work of art.

This series of musical works of art is one of my favorites. I truly love sculpting these pieces, due to their unique, delicate, meticulous, nature.
