Sail – Two Sales of Bronze & Red Marble

Two separate, sculpted sails crafted of reddish Yiftah marble and golden bronze.

This piece is comprised of two separate sails (option for purchase of only one sail).  The two portions of the sculpture simulate the sails of a boat sailing in the wind.

The sails are crafted of reddish Yiftah marble that has been meticulously and lovingly carved into the shape of hollow sails, into which are integrated forged, golden bronze masts.

This is a very unique, impressive work of art, creating a sense of flow and movement in space.  The connection between the red marble and the golden bronze is especially luxurious.  This is a rare combination of materials in my works, and it contributes great strength and beauty to the piece.
